There is no proper work life balance if you got opportunity to work with policy bazaar i suggest not to go with that because there is so much pressure no proper leaves would be provided and not even the login time usually shift is 10-7 we adjust if it is till 8 but in this office it is till 9pm and they ask to login at 9:30am in themorning for meetings which is useless, and if I speak about the holidays we should beg here to get that leave mad totally worst job opportunities...Read More

Thrs nothing to like bcz it’s all pressure and torcher in this organisation and no proper holiday for festivals and govt holidays all we have to work everyday And customer will be scolding when we call on holidays and festivals and this organisation is torcher customer calling every day for sales purpose.. so it’s all toxic and one of the toxic company

Policy bazaar is one of the worst and toxic company bcz it’s all about torchering customer for paymnet. Not a good environment . They will torcher the agents and if they are dying for illness also they should come to office. Very rash and harassing from team leaders they don’t even respect there agents they don’t give proper leaveson the festivals We should work for 365 days. 1. You are supposed to come on the festivals. No leaves are provided on the festivals also. 2. 365 Days working with roaster week Off. Also you cannot take any leave if you have leaves in your bucket as well. 3. It’s a proper Lala Company. Greed never ends here. 4. No Work life Balance . Morning 10 am till 8 pm. 5. Overtime on daily basis without any overtime pay, no leave if you have any medical problems, they will force to come office on this situation and also force to exceed shift on daily basis.

To be honest they support there favourite people, only they grow and people who work hard have no value here to be honest ,sending female employees home late they don't care about women Safety , no cab facility The chances are more for promotion but only if you gel well with seniors

I like only my work nothing else because seniors are not supportive, sometimes I faced it's very hard to take breaks even if we need to go for lunch and there is too much call flow, seniors are just like that we don't care it's are duty to not to drop a single call in between employees are facing hustle to take breaks, we need to ask 1000 times and if employees mark break in their system without asking so senior mark an email against him or her, and max times I personally felt that seniors have something personal in there Head for me because they never ever allow me for any break, I always have to ask 10-15 times then these people are like "ok you can go". I've some medical issues, and I always ready to provide my medical doc. But my senior is like " this is not valid, anyone can make this *means if I'm providing a doc. Even it is single page but Dr's stamp is there then after, they always have some problem and work culture is also got worst these days....Read More

Same as I wrote in like... Also they are forcing employees to come at 9:45am and if they need extra manpower in the evening so they are not allowing people to go home because there is work flow and this extra time never consider as over time. They are planning for how to cut salary of employees but also not planning how to increase salary. I'm submitting this but please don't discover my name anywhere coz no one wants to speak about al these things....Read More
