Culture, you may lose your job one day suddenly, unfair PIP(if you are managers fav..congrats you made it), TL eats vimal on floor and behaves like if it's a marata gaav there.

1.Free food only one thing I was the USP of that place. I was in the project Google process at etouch. I have rated only one star because there was no growth and skill development. If you want easy going and easy work that requires no brain. Then it's a perfect workplace for you. The management is ridiculous and pathetic and has established a monarchy. Working there would create no value in your life. If you are a fresher don't go there. There is plenty of good opportunities out there.
