Good environment for the freshers to start. We can gain more knowledge on banking domain.

Dislikes

Compensation is the worst thing to dislike. They will give less amount even if we get best ratings. Unless you raise resignation, they will not give you much hike.

The work environment is not good. Management does not listen to employee issues and difficulties. You can not balance your work life while working in this organisation. And increment percentage is zero. One can not expect an increment easily.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Working at EON IT Park d wing, Company managers are not responsible for anything, client is god for them, they'll do whatever client tell them without dicussion with employees. Worst office culture no proper sitting arrangement, many desks are allocated inside managers cabin which seems pathetic. Increments are better than mass recruiters like TCS, IBM, Tech M etc. But job security is a concer if you do not want to move out of NCR region.

Virtusa has only few client in NCR region. So they have very limited projects in NCR region.So if you want to stay in NCR region then job security is a concern.You should be flexible enough to move to any location .
