Working experience is very good with teammates and training program.

Maneger behavior is not good and the work pressure is very high , working hour is More than 12 hours and sometimes at late night.manager do not value an individual unique strength,which is why I take back my suggestions most of the time.

the day Polaris is acquired by Virtusa and now named VistusaPolaris. Its worst policies, no hike, no variable paid on time, even reimbursement and food coupons are also not distributing on time, no cab and worst thing is job security, no vertical growth, I am working from last 3 years and my hike is pending from last 2 years. Virtusa is forcing and implementing its own and junk policies in Polaris. for name sake its saying Virtusa and Polaris are now single entity but its giving different treatment for Virtusa and Polaris employee....Read More

The work environment is not good. Management does not listen to employee issues and difficulties. You can not balance your work life while working in this organisation. And increment percentage is zero. One can not expect an increment easily.
