BSS dev - Pull blame game and point fingers within ourselves since no approach discussions are taken. Anto is a worst and inhuman manager. He dont have humanity at all. Pray not to get in his team NSS dev - No sign of work happening. No dev happens there. but still 2 heads run the team Nss1,2 OCS dev - Anjan gaaru is very much showing dictatorship and attitude but keeps his team intact. He helps others and the team to grow. The Good thing about him. PPM - There are 2 product managers. Most of the requirements are with gaps and they don't know what they draft as user stories. During walkthrough they don't have answers to our questions. If they are on WFH then it will be hell for us developers as they don't pick our calls purposefully but say that they are on wfh and we keep waiting for the queries to resolve. Last minute suprises saying changes and stuffs.
