This is the best place for freshers,we can learn more thing in technologies wise and business wise, they give more freedom to employees,we can do whatever we want in our projects and most important thing is they trust employees capability and give responsibility for entire project, it's helping to thrived my skills.

Work balance are poor here, you have work so hard on all days,if you like to do more, you can enjoy here, otherwise you will suffer, there is no benefit and compensation allowance for extra hour works, they provide decent payee. Work culture is average not expect like MNC

I don't have any option to give 0 stars that's why am giving 1 star.

Dislikes

working culture. overload. no balancing work. No employee benefit. everyone is working 13 to 15 hours. no job security. am working in up to 9.90 AM 3 AM. Next day you should be at 9.30 AM. Some getting delay like 10 AM then, Thay consider half day leave. (above process does not happen rarely, day by day process)
