Worst poor low quality people poor minded not giving respect to anyone . Hr can go and sit in primary school to learn the basics how to give respect to employees. Some managers can go to flim institute they are good actors . There are 500+ employees in that one manager is acting like he is the back bone of plintron. Very good environment for freshers to learn about telecom

#1 --No work life balance #2 - shift timing is mostly in Uk timings ( 2.30 to 11.00 pm IST) during that time getting dinner is very difficult. In office won't provide food also if you need dinner you need to come out from DLF building.
