A lot of your experience in this company will depend on your managers. Good managers will push for skill development and nominate you for promotions, they manage a close relationship with all the members of the team and setup one on ones to set goals and expectations that align with both your and the companies goals. I've had managers that did all of this, some of this and none of this.
1. No wfh, Only hybrid/fulltime in office, we used to have wfh but the new ceo thinks that "in person collaboration" is better. People have had to leave their families just so they can earn a meagre wage while living in a 1 bedroom apartment. 2. Complicated product Trying to understand the products offerings of the company is like untangling a massive, convoluted and confusing web. I worked there 3 years and still don't understand it properly 3. Growth prospects Tbh the comany isn't doing so well, they've recently had to axe off one of their businesses and layoff 400 employees. It will be good for freshers looking to gain experience but for anyone with more than 2-3 years, I would suggest you look elsewhere. The appraisals for 2024 were also very minimal. 4. New CEO A lot of the aspects that made the company appealing have recently changed since the new ceo joined and there is are very negative sentiments towards him from the lower management and the ground floor employees. I understand why he did what he did, but I think he could've taken a different course of action that would not have led to as many layoff and would've earned hime some brownie points....Read More

Exposure is great. But it comes with a high price of compromising personal life.
Work life balance is zero. For cost optimization, management is concluding multiple tasks from a single person. A person can do overtime for 6 months/1 year, but in pb it is not ending. Every person is working on multiple projects and performing multiple roles, qa, devops, Dev, scrum master. There is no boundary role wise. Management keep ignoring and pushing resources to do multiple things which should be divided in a group of people. So overall exposure is very good, but there is no life here only work.
