Currently working as a head production Flexible working hours 5 days working-thou I work from home currently due to pendemic. Sr management very supportive and easy to reach Company is growing very fast and private band is doing exceptionally well.Thou some peoples wants to spoil company name and reputation

Dislikes

The only bad thing is peoples who worked and left due to there inefficiency are spoiling the name of the company and what I don’t like is the management is not taking it seriously as they believe work will speak. It’s one of the dream company for all beginners who seek fastest learning and personal growth Five fingers are not same so there will be some negative points but this is what everyone has and some peoples and outsiders wants to spoil a reputation of the fastest growing company I enjoyed my entire tenure and the sr management still in touch and takes care

They treat emplyoees as there family and this is where some peoples take it granted and do illegal activities I request management should consider emplyoees as emplyoees and they should be strict displinery rules
