Company policy, HR is good , facility is good.

Dislikes

Production managers, not giving leaves , not properly management of work and leaves , we doing only donkey work , not fix time to go from first shift to home . If we want sick leave for one day then they ask from evidence everytime ( not we every time we go to hospital sometimes we take self medication) Managers use bad words for junior employees. This peoples not maintaining the piramal ! Culture, that's why many employees take step to resign from production....Read More
