The culture it bring with it is exceptional. The owners and all the management staff takes utmost care of their employees. All employees are treated fairly and all the voices are heard.

Strategy to upbring the CRO business was missing somewhere. Where we observed tremendous growth in CDMO sector but not likely in CRO.

Company has a good work culture. Supporting team members. Good learning for freshers. Work-life balance is ok. 2nd, 4th and 5th Sat off. Food facilities and mediclaim facilities is there like other companies. Timely social activities has been arranged.

Dislikes

Poor clarity of responsibility above band 1 level. Local FTEs are more productive and have poor salary structure compare to outside Gujarat people. sometimes internal people get demotivated because high salary difference. Many Instruments are old and life is about to end. Few labs are empty and not is use. Many times shift culture is not suitable for many of the teammates.

It really very good for learning to all levels. You will be a master of a subject if you willing to learn and develop. You are your self manager of you able to solve your own problems.
