HR policies are good. It also focuses on employee welfare activities.

Dislikes

Too much system limits work. Some of the team leads and group leads mainly focuses on personal grudges and are too much politics oriented. They don’t give value to individual skills. They rate employees based on there personal perspectives rather than on the basis of quality of work done. Appraisal system is very much biased and depends on manager favouritism. The Politics in the office is very bad. The HR Policies are built to benefit the company and work against its employees. The management is bias towards senior management and if you are not a part of the senior table, you have no worth in the company.
