You get to work closely with the leadership, if you have it in you. As they don’t shy out from taking early bets. The head offices are luxurious, with free food and transportation.

Fair Compensation & Safety Issues. The company claims to have POSH, but prefers to close cases offline. If you suffer safety issues due to the company, they will try to keep your mouth shut by influencing you with a wrong narrative, making you feel you have done something wrong. About growth - if you are good at gossiping you win, if you are good at work they will show you carrots only.

Good to work in Piramal if it is equal or above manager level. Everything you do is transparent and visible at HO level.

3 days work from office and 2 days work from home is a good part at Piramal. No issues on office timing due to flexible working hours.

The company culture is changing and compared to earlier it is not preferable. Work life balance is there but job security is a concern due to change in management.

Yes it's very bad,infact HR also very rude during the interview,only hire low salary staff doesn't matter knowledgeable or not.. Only worst people can get a job here.. And please remove the HR he behave like a owner continuously behave rudely

Regular lala company, you can come here only if you're not getting any other job. It's an NBFC and the leadership is very poor. They try to hire talents from good colleges but they themselves aren't motivated to do anything significant. Nobody cares about the brand, you'll stop getting calls from Tier1 places if you step here. In all honesty, avoid.
