Nothing is too like in Piramal

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Senior management is not good, not supportive. They no any vision for employees. In every 12 month all staff is changed. Attrition rate is too high due to HOD. No job security, even for mangers.So, we cant think about the job security of shop floor person (analyst). Senior management not take any action on HOD even after number of complaint against HOD.

My work was very challenging, but HOD not supportive. He was always interfere in my decisions.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
