I am glad that our team leader gives equal rights to open the fact to Trainee and other team members. All are open to hear what other wants to say and similarly tried to apply for the best quality product. Overall culture of the company is also good.

The confirmation policy is something which is weird though we give our 100%, they provide confirmation very late which results in decrease interest of the person.

3 days work from office and 2 days work from home is a good part at Piramal. No issues on office timing due to flexible working hours.

Yes it's very bad,infact HR also very rude during the interview,only hire low salary staff doesn't matter knowledgeable or not.. Only worst people can get a job here.. And please remove the HR he behave like a owner continuously behave rudely

Regular lala company, you can come here only if you're not getting any other job. It's an NBFC and the leadership is very poor. They try to hire talents from good colleges but they themselves aren't motivated to do anything significant. Nobody cares about the brand, you'll stop getting calls from Tier1 places if you step here. In all honesty, avoid.

my boss was piece of cr*p, bully and never praised me for my contribution, I feel really bad I put up with his treatment for my time I spent here.
