Pinnacle Seven Technologies is one of the best place there is lot of place to do an innovative and latest technology. A well-defined organization policies bring a supportive work culture. The management is down to earth and the main aspect is to leverage the individual employees knowledge and skill that would become the strength of the organization growth. In this 2 years I have lot of learnings in various domains and technology through different prjects. As a team inclusing the management team will travel with us in brining the unique solution that help the customer to achieve the business requirements. Training plan is planned for each individual and also to emphasize more every month third saturday is planned for individual and group training activities. Though the employees are aligned with designations, the management door is always open for any one to discuss on the projects, Innovative ideas or career growth. Team building activities and employee engagement program will be conducted by the HR, where each team memeber will be given an opportunity to drive the activities planned.
