There is no communication in the company... About work even owner of company is careless.. he don't know how work goes in flow.. he does everything on last minute ..even he doesn't give salaries to.. don't have for employees sitting... Worst place.. worst company.. worst boss

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
