Company policies are good, appraisal are not so fair for the dedicated resources only who are favour to management/manager will get decent appraisal and designation. Management is transparent but some of the management people are not qualified to be there in their position. Some of the Managers needs to be polite and think of from the resource situation they need to trained to have high managerial skills like how to handle the resource. This needs to address by the management immediately to improve the quality of the company
