The best part of my company is that it gives us an exposure like nobody else. Other Companies like just try to get their own work done from employees but mine is not the same!! It let us do in our own way which makes us think beyond the level and gain knowledge and experience.

-> Management is Worst, HR just calls you in cabin and fires you without prior notice. They give you the reason we don’t have funds to give you salary, after that again start hiring.

-> After firing HR will always call you on whatsapp instead of normal one because they don’t want you to record it or I think they are having fear of doing it wrong. -> Main joke is their Bond at the time of joining which is a total scam. All the terms are in company’s favour. -> They say after 3 months probation will get cleared which is a fraud , they will always put you in that so that they can fire you anytime they want. -> Think about twice before joining the company if you don’t want to struggle in your career. They recently fired more employees, don’t care if you’re performing outstanding....Read More
