I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Good for female job holders excluding below struggles are same for all.

Dislikes

Just for salary any one can prefer, need peace of mind don't never think. e-mapping and termination of jobs process are quicker than any other organizations. My colleague also terminated last month, he attend company at 9AM terminated at 10AM.
