Work culture is highly toxic. There will be no one to guide you or support you at any stage. Company owner is the most irritating person. He has no values and morals. If you want to ruin you career go ahead and join this company only to regret later. You will be micro managed at every step. You will definitely lose your mental peace. The company expects you to come on time at 9 am (which is correct by the way) but also expect you to complete your task on the same day even if you have to stay post 5.30 pm. Moreover you will get a new task purposely at around 4.30 pm so that you will to stay after working hours. If you leave on 5.30 pm you will be judged. There is zero co-ordination among the employees. Company owner is the person with very low mentality. He will treat you like a slave. He will come to the office and start scolding his employees. Sometimes he forgets what task he has assigned. He has no business sense. The business practices he is following is absolutely absurd. You won't get the salary on time. Only 1 day leave per month. If you take more than 1 leave then be ready to get your salary deducted. They are eagerly waiting to deduct your salary....Read More
