The locations are good, besides that you get many portals to skillup and learn.

Dislikes

Notice Period policy is not good, the HR don't reply you on time. Not a place to learn and grow. Pay is average and some managers expects you to work late night and attend calls with them. Besides some of the employees are too chill and they don't work properly so you may see there work coming to you. Workplace is not at all happening. Just work and go home.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
