Just the 5 day working culture is good rest is worst.

There is no time limit for work. 10 hrs login time and after that as well they ask you to work most of the time where there is no time limit for logout. Unnecessarily calling to office even though your entire team is working from home and on top of that if you logout on time or even an hour after that they will ask you to take permission before logout or else you will be called by management and an action will be taken against you. Zero job security, even you are efficient at your work, just one mistake and they will ask you to leave. No other perks than the salary that too never comes on time.
