At very first when I got the job at Perficient I was very excited but slowly and steadily I realize that they cleverly change your domain again and again. I would recommend this company only for career start.

150 days(5months) notice period for first 3 years and no Buyout options, Sudden Layoff, HR management, Leave policy, HR policy, Skills switching, Job Insecurity, Variable pay included in CTC and not be paid, Giving Project management to Architect, Giving training on one domain but suddenly onboard us to project with completely different domain.

If you are Technical Consultant then to client they will show you you are Senior Technical Consultant, for money. Terrible. QA department is better than other departments.

Toxic work environment especially data solutions team. The manager is the worst. Manager prioritize favoritism Managers lack the necessary technical knowledge but still assess team members' capabilities, causing frustration. Overall these issues contribute to a negative work environment, making the team and company difficult to work with effectively.

Layoff layoff. They will say your performance is not good put you in a very bad zone where they will treat you like you have no knowledge whereas I was best performaning candidate. They will demotivate you from every angle and put you in a PIP zone. I know it is okay if the company is not profitable then need to layoff but they are not worrying about employees immediately termination happens.
