There is no job security, when you become non-billable they will just throw you away even without notice period or any compensation. if you ask for compensation, they will just ask you that you need termination letter with compensation or relieving letter without compensation. Very very worst cultured company, few good people also working there, but no use.

Dislikes

There is no onsite from any of the project, if you are out of the project then you are out of the company. No compensation, no notice period for persons who are out of project. Very less experience like 0 to 3 yrs people can survey here. All controls are from 2-3 dominant peoples at the top management. They said flexible timings, but if you go after 10.30 am they will ask why are coming late to office....Read More
