If I have zero star option I would like to give it. Like all other companies Ameex also has a wonderful team called HR team. For other companies it’s for employee relationships but here don’t expect the same If you have any queries regarding your salary and leave reductions you are not supposed to ask them. Reason they don’t have the time time to reply. If you are directly going to meet them they will see you like a worm and ask you to put email. But you never get reply from them even after years. They would show almost rudeness with employees. Every month you will get salaryslip on mid of the month. Sometimes you have to remind them (ex : June Sal slip they will release you after of June 10 or you might expect further delay). Also they won’t available on chat as well even though they are in online. Most importantly if you are giving response on some delay be ready for escalation. If you are started talking about employee welfare be ready to receive your last working day mail. You will be fired. If you really want to work in the good environment with professionally behaving people ameex is not the right place. Management not address our issues. No proper salary Working hours more than 10 They given only small amount as salary. They swallow more money from employee salary by the name of Variable pay. Some people don't work any thing got more salary. Only few people working but they got less amount. Notice period will be more than other company.No proper response from the HR

Ameex was really a good company before two years. We used to work like a product based company and work life balance would be fantastic. But at current situation, everything went upside down. Employees have hated to work for Ameex and most of the good sources left. They have a lot of policies in place which is damn useless. Projectsare of same kind and no scope to learn anything new. It has become a boring routine to work in the same kind of projects... Most BU's are out of projects and few good employees are randomly fired. Work life balance is bizarre. Managers except employees to work for long hours and also on holidays. Completely not acceptable from a employee stance of view. Management, please work on basics. It's not only Clients. Full of politics. Based on the TL a fresher's career gets started (i.e. Either uplifted or pulled down completely). Once the management hate a person or a group, they come up with good political ideas. They provide salary with 20% variable pay. This variable pay will not be provided for average performers (completely swallowed by the company). This variable pay will be useful in reducing Company's debt. Working beyond the shift time will lift you up as top performer. Working on shift times will be average unless your manager or TL supports you. No response from HR team.
