One thing I would like to improve at Perficient will be reducing the bench time for new joinees. Also, retaining the employees over the projects for longer duration and avoiding the bench time for them.

Your career depends upon the manager. A lot of politics will be there. You should do whatever your senior says even though if it is wrong. Else your rating and appraisal would be affected. The Management is good but you can't easily communicate to them. There won't be any process at all. Admin tickets may be pending for months irrespective of its criticality. Code quality and process wouldn't be ensured. In case the management doesn't find you fit or they didn't like you, they might ask you to find an alternative job within 15days. Speaking about career growth, few set of core people who aren't really technically stuff still remain there where they aren't ready to accept new technology changes and incorporate it . As a fresher if you are ready to be here for 6-7 years you would be alocatted individual projects with resources to you. It too depends on the managers. As a fresher you will be getting 15-30% hike for the first 3 years. Then on you will get 5-15%. A lot of politics comes into play. Each and every where there is politics. HR team wouldn't reply for your queries at all for months. Even if you take the serious issues to the attention of management there wouldn't be any use at all. They would ask you to change. You have to be in for 9 hrs but the timing is flexible. There isn't any room for innovation at all. Ideas will be accepted seeing people face. If you pretend to act like work and favour delivery manager there will be a great life for you there.Work from home option is there where it will be treated as a half working day. Politics. They would go to any extent doing things untruthfully to achieve things. You have to work 16-24 hrs day irrespective of your experience. If you are here for more than 4 years you need not work at all. You can assign your works to juniors and you can just log and go out.
