10000000 things are negative of this company its a Lala chaap company with poor HR team and So called family Drama company . No job No job Security. Nothing you will get nothing out of this from company and I would like to also tell you one more thing this company do not going to provide you any salary on time. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
