Motivation about work and t technology Goods in leave policy and Emergency leave

Dislikes

Due to not planned working hours work life balance disturb, as well as pressurise to do work which is not even part of job profile and on the basis of that taken judgement

Work Details

Not say bad but some point of time not behaviour of management and seniors are not good , which demote to the ground level excution and hence doent matter how u r good but if not your attitude aginst employee is not good which not work well

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
