My Experience at Peracto Infotech During my time at Peracto Infotech, I found the work environment to be somewhat restrictive. While the company operates as a startup, the compensation package did not align with industry standards. Additionally, there was a notable lack of flexibility in terms of work-life balance, with strict adherence to a fixed 8-hour workday and limited breaks. The expectation to consistently work beyond regular hours, even after office hours, added to the pressure. Some interactions with senior management lacked professionalism and could have been more constructive. Work environment was very bad Seniors had no professionalism You have to work on weekends but they will no give extra money as well as for extra working hour You have to work after working hour There is no pl and no growth I would recommend dot join this company if you want work with freedom
