The work culture at deep logic is as it should be on every organization. It is not like you wake up and you are forced to work and fit in, I really look forward to my work everyday and it is the best part of the work, There is an open door policy which makes the company stand out from the other organizations, whenever there is an issue it is addressed directly by the higher authorities almost immediately and you don't have to worry about the privacy also.
