1.Forced leave with out pay. 2.Penalties in dollars. 3.No1 listens to the employees. Work from office employees must take 3 mandatory unpaid leaves. 4. Work from home employees loose out on 5k travel allowance. 5. Withholding information during penalties. 6. Employee's have no saying as always kept in the dark.

Monotonous and lengthy and boring Breaks are not set at one time..as and when they like they’ll make u work and then give break..sometimes it gets late in break also..

Managers are very friendly No problem with leaves

Quality analyst who judges the calls are disgusting, very unfair to the employees, they only think about their own incentive.They make up scenarios in the process itself to penalise agents. The management knows about it very well but cannot take any stringent actions because they are directly hired by the clients.
