Management is unsupportive Lower salary and hike Manager and Senior consultant both will treat you like slave If your mistake is not there then also you get scolded infront of customer from Manager. These things happened infront of me with my colleagues. She cried and left this company. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
