Payatu has flexible work policy , and salary comes on time. I was in the operations department so could not get to learn anything new over there.

Dislikes

There are ample things 1. They made someone head of management , who is an IT guy and he is taking advantages , the person he don't like he ask them to leave the organization 2. HR is rarely seen in office , in my tenure i saw her twice and by god , I don't even know if she has a good knowledge on the field of HR or not , she doesn't have a decision making ability and even for small things goes to the head of management 3. The owner turns a blind eye to other employees grievance's , he is like an employee who only looks at 31st his salary should be credited to account , and has no vision for growing the company it seems. 4. They hired me and after 5 months they informed me that we hired you as an mistake as this job role is not required , I mean how can you possibly do that , you are hiring some one for a top role and suddenly you say we don't require you.
