Good compensation for freshers. Better than mass recruiters.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Appraisals are not upto industry standard. Work-life balance is terrible, certain teams make you work even on weekends. Unprofessional environment, freshers need to refer colleagues with sir and ma'am.
