Key Technical Skills: MIS Reporting, GST Filing, TDS Return Filing, Statutory Compliance, Bank Reconciliation, Bookkeeping, Advanced Excel, Internal Controls, Financial Analysis, Budget Management.

Interview Process:

• Round 1: Initial video call interview
• Round 2: Online Excel assignment via screen sharing
• Round 3: Final video call interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and publish timely MIS reports (monthly, quarterly, annual), variance analyses, and presentations.
• Manage GST and TDS return filings, statutory compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
• Streamline accounting systems, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and reconcile bank accounts.
• Lead internal stakeholder and team management, ensuring smooth coordination.
• Develop and implement internal controls to minimize financial risks.
• Support external and internal audits and implement recommendations.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports for the holding company.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in finance, with post-qualification CA/CPA/ACCA certification.
• Expertise in Tally ERP 9, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong team management and communication skills.
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Willingness to work UK time zones to support a US holding company when required.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work within set timelines.
• Flexibility to extend working hours when needed to meet project demands or critical deliverables.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in mid-sized organizations (200-500 employees).
• Strong leadership attributes with the ability to work independently.
