Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Frustating, Un professional and Un responsive Experience. I would give this company zero stars if could. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. Higher management listens to its clients and makes the real changes when they claim to value employer input, but in my experience they are just paying lip service. It's incredibly frustating to feel ignored after you have invested time and efforts . Another big issue was constantly changing rules. I have worked here long enough to see HR make 'policy changes' that are never officially communicated. Sometimes even they are not clear about their own policies. Its been more than 3 years since my last performance review, and I have recieved no salary increase, no bonus and no real recongition for the hard work. It's incredibly frustating to feel like I am giving my best but my efforts are being completly ignored....Read More
