From past 3-4 months things are not quite stable, no appraisals for current year due to funding issue. Change of upper management has lead to high iteration rate.

The only thing against pasarpolis is the salary, they give to their employees. It is not upto the market standards

By far the best organisation I have worked with. Got the opportunity to work under some great mentors.

Last year the higher management got changed and it brought a very drastic change which led all the great managers to resign from the company which is why work culture really impacted.
