First of all i want to say, this all positive review you find against parle is all forcefully given by HR through employees due to reduce nagative image in market. Very poor management and specially HR team, increment given in November, and every year they doing late and late, last year given in Augast and now Nov. If you go for tell anything for improvement and fault against anything to HR team then definitely you will get fired from job, also during work load they hired many person and after completing task they fired. Also they not giving F&F, relieving letter, experience letter after two month of leave job, so that can be trouble for your new job, also if you had go to similar compony then they never your F&F. Here they don't want to adopt new system, they giving same machines as they given 15 year ago, then how can be give compitition to market. Also no any basic facilities given like canteen, insurance, uniform, safety equipments. Also mainly plant is located at very remote location and no vehicle available by parle in case of emergency....Read More

No job secured, Politics in HR, fired any time without reason, During work hiring many person, after that fired all. Specially AGM and VP of HR are work together. VP dont have manner of talk with person. Increment giving in December. HR are physo, they getting happy if you are in trouble.
