Treat yourself as money making machin for company and company will pay you peanuts or less that that 5. Work with Postmen ( they call them managers) who will make sure that you can't work well and you face many challangeswhile delivering the work 6. Work like a slave and get treated like slave 7. Get the HR to intervene in your personal matters and HR specifically Nikita will remind you all your khandan and how much they earn and everything. she is literally spoiling the name of HR fraternity. Nikita must be called " Inhuman Resources" and a postman. Work on your HR processes and hire some good HR to work on your policies. calls will not help, Act upon the suggestions made.
