No salary since 5 months. No HR. No Payslips. You may have to spend your own money while travelling for work. I don't recommend this entity to anyone. If you have to join, make sure you get salaries and payslips every month.

The first batch of employees till last year were one of the most formidable talented team led by an unfortunate unmannered person with no accountability for his mistakes.

Dislikes

One claims that they are here to save the nation and contribute to its success. Not really sure how one is here to save the nation by violating its own employees by not paying salaries for months and not providing necessary documents like pay slip, experience letters, etc. A smart person would know that the employees are the ones who will bring glory to the company. A fragile Egoistic person will display a one-man army behavior (Hero culture). Industry experts have failed to collaborate with such a person. Almost all employees have not been paid salaries for months even after leaving the company. Experts are owed salaries worth Lakhs. Reimbursement amounts have not been settled. One thinks that by hurting careers of the youth of this land he will end up becoming successful down the line. The tears and scars of families will not be forgotten as Karma will always have its way. No matter how talented one is, they can never work for someone who lacks accountability for his/her own actions. The company works on the Aerospace project , All senior leaders are co-operative . Company works on real projects like MBSE and Air Voxel project platform. I have learn a lot from this company just like company accept all the Design pattern , unit testing , Jira and etc. Which help us to grow more in future.
