Interaction with variety of clients and few staff people are supportive just very few .

DO NOT WORK THERE .....IT IS FULL OF CRAP PEOPLE....! FROM THE OWNERS TILL THE STAFF . STAY AWAY from this company if you don't want to be looted , tortured & mentally harassed . Better work with a Good Designer brand where your salaries are at least secured . This company will cut your salary when the owner or the manager will feellike . They'll lure you with attractive salaries but do not get blinded as they may fire you within a month or just in a couple of days If they think they are overpaying you unless you are willing to do certain sacrifices...

Dislikes

Most pathetic place to work at. It's like suffocating oneself to death. No work culture. Casual behavior of managers. They are most interested in what's happening in your personal life and circulating rumours within the workplace. DO NOT GET ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PLACE EVER, EITHER AS AN EMPLOYEE OR A CUSTOMER.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
