I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. It is definitely very fast paced as its a start up. Takes time to get used to it but they cant afford to spend time on resources to get upto speed. Hence it does get hard at times.

The confused LT team just giving a lot of pressure on their junior colleagues to get the work done in hurry. A lot of work pressure. They have totally unachievable plans. Burning money at wrong direction. No official timing for work, you might have to work 15-18 hours. And managers will never appreciate your work but if anything wrong happens they will put blame on juniors.
