I worked almost 4 companies after joining panacea I am not satisfied anything

When I was joined panacea there is no satisfaction of the work and environment and location with food same day one of the account manager his name sai patnaik he was not even a good human how to behave with people and he might be some fake experience he joined there and the HR he don't know the policies and how to satisfaction of the employees
