Pactera Edge India was formed from Pactera in January 2020. Good work environment. Good company for freshers.

You will be attracted with higher packages by recruiters during the time of interviews. Real twist starts once you enter the organisation as everything related to financials is communicated orally during the time of interview & won't be mentioned in the offer letter except CTC breakup. This organisation gives variable pay only oncein end of financial year that too only between 40% - 50% irrespective of the performance. Even if you are the top performer in the team you will be rewarded the same. Never ever fall in trap of recruiter promises(allowances, variable pay, benefits, career growth) during the time of interview. No one cares you once you join the organisation. Firing of the employees is very common in the organisation & recently outflow of the employees from the organisation is greater than inflow. Organisation had started its office in India on August 2018, till date no one got appraisals. Last year appraisal cycle got cancelled on the name of covid & this year also they are postponing discussions on the name of covid. Almost all the organisations came out of covid but this organisation still in it. They tell themselves as the "Dream Company to Work for", but they will spoil your Dreams after you join. In every all hands meet & internal meets, leadership team will tell the company is having strong pipeline of projects & high revenues but when you ask about variable deductions & appraisals they will tell organisation is not performing well. No job security.Very very bad company i have ever seen and listen in my life.Don't not join even if theybare paying good amount, Because you naver know when they will fire you without any notice and blame you about each and every single thing.
