Not getting good salary for my hardwork (Have money to recruit new employees who have zero knowledge on present running project and don't have money to gave hike for experienced employees currently working on the same project and still we take stand behind the new employees while they learning and we motivated also)

No job security.Very very bad company i have ever seen and listen in my life.Don't not join even if theybare paying good amount, Because you naver know when they will fire you without any notice and blame you about each and every single thing.
