They’ll not fire you other than that there is no good thing about Pacific.

No salary growth, no promotions, extreme level corporate politics, no market correction, in most instances you’ll find it as a one man show, worst HR I’ve ever seen - Handicapped, worst HR support and Policies, management has to learn management first, illiterate and unprofessional people running the business, no work culture, no work ethics, too much of work load and work pressure as well. Pacific is a best growing company to work with. HR department is very concerned about employees wellbeing. Internal politics are there at some levels but higher management is good and impartial. A good place to enhance skills.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
