Change in Management made sure that the company maintained the reputation it had few years back that it is one of the last choice for any person to work in. The company now focuses on individual resource development rather than team development and process development. There is hardly any scope for growth and development now considering the immense work pressure and lack of work life balance. Minimum work of 12-14 hrs a day including Saturdays and Sundays. It was hectic. 4+ years I learnt a lot of work, management and a lot offfice politics to survive. My work life balance was off the charts which ended in my personal life being affected.

Career Growth because knowledgeable people can't stay longer here. They quit very fast, and the next person gets promoted asap.

Dislikes

Work culture, impossible dead lines, HR does not know how to deal with people. Managers are in their own world. CEO must learn how to address people. The ambience is very bad... U will feel like u r working inside a super market... Fully crowded. Cubicles, tables, chairs, computers everywhere..
