There is great learning opportunity.

Management doesn't care about people who work hard, top management which operates in US enjoy their time by visiting spa in working hours and push the team in India for results. The very next day they say they have failed in the leadership and ask everyone to leave the company. Poor investors they have to know how their money was spent by the management.
