There is nothing great about the company

Dislikes

Not sure about other process but when it comes to IT, worst managent, no work life balance, no discipline and no process documents to follow, anytime you can loose your job.

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
